the object - sick generalized periodontitis in age 18-25 years; the aims to increase of efficiency diagnostics, medical treatment and prophylaxis of generalized periodontitis at the persons of young age by development of new diagnostic criteria and charts of treatmen and prophylaxis measures; the methods - clinical, biochemical,roentgenologic, statistical; the new іndividual schemes of therapeutic-prophylactic measures depending on the degree of intensity of defeat of parodont (low, middle, high) are developed by us; the outcomes - high efficiency of the offered methods of medical treatment of generalized periodontitis is confirmed by the results of clinic-roentgenological and biochemical researches.
