Liubchenko D. Development of the criminal law of Het'manshchyna in the second part of the XVII-XVIII cent.

The dissertation comprehensively deals with the history of the criminal law of Het'manshchyna in the second part of the XVII - XVIII centuries for the first time in the history and law science. The development of the conceptions and institutions of the criminal law of Het'manshchyna in the mentioned period are researched on the base of the criminal law sources analysis. The main attention has been paid to the definition of the conceptions and institutions of the criminal law of Het'manshchyna as well as to the ascertainment of the connections between the conceptions and institutions according to a chronological order. The development of the criminal law of Het'manshchyna in the second part of the XVII - XVIII centuries has been proved, the particularities and main tendencies of this process have been discovered in the carried out research.
