Martirosyan V. Substantiation of application of a two-layer continuous subcuticular suture in surgical stomatology

The dissertation is devoted to studying of efficacy of use of a two-layer continuous subcuticular cosmetic suture with the purpose of increase of qualitative characteristics of postoperative cicatrices formed in maxillofacial region. A comparative estimation of results of application one- and two-layer variants of cosmetic sutures were carried out with the help of clinical, functional, immunological and cytochemical methods of research. It is established, that on a background of use of a two-layer continuous subcuticular suture less expressed clinical displays of local inflammatory reactions are developed. In earlier terms epithelization of a wound surface is complete. Qualitative characteristics of postoperative cicatrix are increased. Distinctions in dynamics of changes of an index of local thermometry, frequency of registration of hyperthermia zones and rates of restoration of meanings of skin electropotentials, proteolytic activity of blood neutrophyles, and also normalization of parameters of lactat- and succinatedehydrogenase are revealed.
