This thesis is devoted to experimental research of physic-chemical and antifriction properties of composite polymer materials and their dependence from influence of components of composites for production of composite polymer materials based on thermal stability polymers, which had maximal passive hardness in friction on titanium and its alloys in ocean water and other chemical aggressive mediums. It was determined, that impregnation of polymer material by fiber material (contents 15-20%) improved its antifriction and physic-chemical properties in friction on titanium and its alloys in chemical aggressive mediums. Rotaprint coating of thin films of solid oil decreased of the intensity of wear of composite materials based on polytetrafluoroethylene in limit and extralimit loadings. It was determined, that antifriction properties of composites, which were received by chemical and mechanical and activation technology, were not depend on hardness of neighboring surface, but were determined by state of initial surface of counterface and antifriction layers, which were formed on surfaces of model and neighboring surface in friction. It was determined, that previous chemical loading time processing of composite material based on PTFE and its fillers improved exploitation properties of elements of construction of liquid chromatographs in 2 times in contact with titanium alloys in chemical aggressive mediums.
