Logvinenko E. Forest guard service in Ukraine: historical and law aspect (ІХ іе. - 1990 у.)

The thesis is devoted to the questions of domestic forest guard service its historical aspect: from times of the first memories about it in sources to establish-ment independent state mechanism of independent Ukraine. Exploring the question of guard of forests a conclusion is done, that this problem during existence of state institutes on ethnic Ukrainian lands always disturbed power structures. An above place in thesis research belongs to the analysis of normatively - legal frameworks of the organizational mode of forest guard service organs in the territory of Ukraine, it's personal recruitment procedure, main forms and methods of service different historical times. The propositions about additions to the chapters 2 and 5 are formulated. The Forest Guard Statute is developed into account social care and material encour-agement. The changes to the law of Ukraine "About Militia" and "About Prosecu-tors Office" with the articles about participants of special forces of the Law En-forcement organizationsare prepared.
