YaFINOVYCh O. Financial Policy of Innovation Development Provision in Ukraine.

Theoretical principles, role, tasks and targets of state financial policy in the context of innovation development for the purpose of ensuring stable economic development in a long-term prospect have been researched into. Approaches and principles with regard to the shaping of innovation development financial policy in Ukraine have been determined as well as ways of its implementation identified. The research evaluates present-day state, structure and constriction of the mechanism of the innovation activity financial provision. Problems and tendencies with regard to the application of the following sources of the innovation sphere funding have been analysed: state funding, borrowed and attracted financial resources, subjects of entrepreneurship own funds. Diverse aspects of the financial market in the mechanism of the innovation process financial provision have been researched into. The state of the innovation infrastructure has been examined as well as the influence of its development on the creationof conditions for scientific and engineering projects funding and commercialization evaluated. Orientations of tax policy improvement as a mechanism of innovation development financial stimulation have been identified. Conceptual recommendations with regard to financial credit institutions involvement in innovation projects funding have been made.
