Chubatyy A. Improvement of methods of diagnostics and treatment in patients with internal endometriosis

Complex instrumental and laboratory examinations of 120 women with internal endometriosis carried out. The effectiveness of proposed method of ultrasonic diagnostics was compared with existing methods. The level of marker CA-125 and correlation of gonadotripic hormones (FSH and LH) and steroids in patients with internal endometriosis were studied. Estimation of data on endometrial hyperplastic processes obtained as a result of ultrasonic and histological examinations was made. Main group included 96 women. The diagnosis of internal endometriosis was proved by proposed method. Effectiveness of therapy was estimated exactly after course of treatment and in a 6 month. High informativeness (98,5%) of proposed method of diagnostics of internal endometriosis was shown. High effectiveness of releasing-hormone analogues treatment and proposed method of synthetic hestagens treatment both of internal endometriosis and endometrial hyperplastic processes was shown. All this data give medical establishments possibility to use in practice ultrasonic examination with contrast agents and releasing-hormone analogues and hestagens treatment in doses depending on phase of menstrual cycle
