Essay

The dissertation deals with the solution of problems for increasing of the visual informativeness of the outcome of activity of the infrared optoelectronic system (thermal imager) for medical application by traditional methods of iconics and with fractal and wavele transformations.The ways of the restoration for defocused and blurred medical thermograms were determined. The algorithm based on the laws of the optic perception for improvement of the visual informativeness of the medical thermograms was developed. The parameters of the wavelet-processing for compression and filtration of the grayscale thermal images and parameters of the fractal coding which is providing with the best quality of the processing medical thermograms were determined. Typical structures of the thermal images for series clinical cases in different nozological forms of the sicknesses were defined. The diagram of the processing and investigation for thermal photo's of the oncological patients which is let to increasing of the effectiveness of the thermal-vision diagnostics was proposed.The results of this dissertation is used in scientific research works which was fulfilled at the V. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics of NASU (Kiev) in collaboration with Kiev Oncology Hospital
