The purpose development of the theoretical provisions of ensuring persistent functioning and development of seaports of Ukraine by working out the organizational and economic ensuring of optimal strategic management in sphere of seaports capitalization. Methods - economical and statistical analysis; economical and matematics models ; exspert estimations; stochastical and factoral analysis. Novelty - the organizational and economical ensuring of the system of seaports optimal strategic capital management is offered. Result - the optimal strategic management model of seaports capitalization is worked out. Is introduced - at the transport enterprises of Ukraine, in educational process.
