Rikalo N. Features of motion and treatment of salmonellosis and klebsiellosis in children depending of character of microflora biotopes (clinical-experimental research)

The thesis deals with a study of the specific characteristics of salmonellosis and klebsiellosis intestinal infection at children on a background violation of ecosystem of macroorganism; methods are clinical, microbiological, experimental and statistical; the modern is the set factors which determined the degree of expressed of intestinal dysbiosis in children with salmonellosis and klebsiellosis. Found out features of clinical manifestation of salmonellosis and klebsiellosis on a background dysbiotic disorders of microflora biotopes and determine of these changes is well-proven from the degree of expressed of dysbiosis. Intercommunication of indexes of quantitative and high-quality correlation of microflora mouth cavity and intestine is set. One of criteria of weight of intestinal dysbiosis the set presence of E. coli in a mouth cavity. Preparation of “Аltan” is offered in quality etiotropic therapy at treatment of acute intestinal infections at children, the effective medical doses of this preparation are developed.
