the object - patients with chronic inflammatory process of salivary glands at sialolithiasis; the novelty - allowed to perfect methods diagnostik and decided a problem of raise of effectiveness of treatment patients with sialolithiasis taking into account an etiologic factor and pathogeny of disease; the methods -clinical, sialosonographigical, rentgenogical, laboratory researches,virusogical, immunogical, pathomorphological, immunochistological, mathematical, statistical; the new is devoted to study of etiology of sialolithiasis - persistence of virus's mumpus and citomegaly. On the establishment of clinikal-laboratory researches the pathogeny of sialolithiasis is determined. the outcomes -on the establishment of clinikal-laboratory researches the pathogeny of sialolithiasis is determined. Sialosonographie and immunopathomorphological researches allowed to find out the system of lesion by the chronic inflammatory process of all salivary glands at sialolithiasis and to set a diagnosis chronic sialoadenites with sialolithiasis, with two forms of chronic inflammation in salivary glands - sclerosing, that is caused by predominance of persistent of virus citomegaly and ectasis, that is caused by persistence of virus mumpus. The conducted researches allowed to perfect complex treatment of patients with sialolithiasis taking into account an etiologic factor and pathogeny of disease.
