Essay

On the basis of the results of clinical examination and determination of biochemical and immunologic indices, the acute hepatitis B clinicopathogenic peculiarities in persons with chronic inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract have been elucidated, and the necessity of the individual approach to their treatment has been proved. The action of Echinacea Purpura extract of the morphofunctional state of the liver in its different affections has been complexly evaluated in the experiment. Proceeding from the data obtained as well as from results of clinical examination, the changes of biochemical and immunologic indices in the treatment process, the expidiency has been grounded of using the Echinacea Purpura extract in the complex therapy of patients suffering from acute hepatitis B with chronical inflammatory diseases of respiratory tract in anamnesis.
