Lapiy F. Studied the influence of a condition of health and host related factors of local protection on specific immunity response to oral polio vaccine in 6 years old children.

The dissertation is devoted to studying of the factors influencing formation of the immune response to OPV vaccination. It is shown, that to one of probable factors that influences formation immunity to OPV vaccination, there can be obligate a intestines micro-organisms. It is not revealed influences of levels of antibodies of a saliva, intercurrent diseases on formation of the immune response to OPV vaccination. The condition of immunity to a poliomyelitis at children with primary immunodeficiencies is investigated. It is established, that children with selective immunodeficiency IgA and transient hypogammaglobulinemia produced antibodies response to OPV vaccination in a protective level. Definition of level of antibodies to polioviruses in dynamics at children with primary immunodeficiencies which are on replacement therapy by preparations of the blood, containing antibodies is lead. It is certain, that children with chronic glomerulonephritis have lower MGT to all three to viruses of a poliomyelitis in comparison with children who are ill acute glomerulonephritis.
