Essay

Dissertation covers the new approaches, diagnosis and treatment of polyorganic disturbances of hypoxic - ischemic origin in infants. Investigations were made in 120 mature infants. Disturbances of cerebral circulation, cerebrospinal fluid circulation, bioelectric brain and myocardium activity, gastrointestinal functions, increase of the level of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase together with clinical features were noted in all children. The predicative test wich allows evaluate the possibility of hypoxic disturbances existense in infants up to 12 month- of-life was created. Mildronat using leads to general health status improvement and reduced complications and invalidization frequency in infants. Investigation methods: clinical, biochemical, instrumental, electrophysiological, statistical.
