Kuchmij O. Intercultural cooperation as the factor external and internal policy in conditions of transformations

Dissertational work is devoted to the political analysis of intercultural cooperation at global, regional and national levels, the estimation of efficiency of foreign and domestic policy of the states in a context of intercultural interaction, the definition of ideological specificity of a cultural space of the leading countries of North America and Europe and factors of cultural influence at the example of cultural expansion of the USA, policy of francophony of the French Republic and multiculturalism as a political ideology of Canada. The work is based on theoretic and methodological researches of a problem, generalization of the results of foreign and Ukrainian scientific searches within the framework of the problems of intercultural cooperation policy, shaping of political culture of a society, comperative analysis of cultural diplomacy as a tool of foreign and domestic policy of the states in the conditions of political systems transformation, on the structural analysis and modelling of a policy of intercultural cooperation, and it also contains concrete suggestions and recommendations concerning maintenance of national interests of Ukraine in the sphere of intercultural cooperation.
