Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to philosophic and political analysis with the aim of proving its unbreakable system and subsystem in a social organism of country, which is opened for unlimited exchange of substance, energy and information with surrounding environment able for self-recreation and eternal development in time and spaciousness. In the work the conceptual way, genesis, nature, essence, context, forms, types and varieties of specific nature of a non-state power are enlighted. It's defined that the specific feature of a phenomenon is grounded on oppression of one subject of civil society by another on the principle - "subject-subjective" relations, an individualistsic principle, private interests and non-violent ways of achieving the aim which mechanism deals between agents of market relations and the witness institute. It's proved that in modern Ukraine its foundation is not completed since it's not through with the point of bifurcation, and then the trajectory of its further developmentshould be defined due to high entropification of civil society which is not yet possible.
