Наукова новизна - system analysis of cooperation of the investigator and specialist in a context of the collecting of the information about the person for the first time is conducted, we shall commit a crime; the theoretical concept of cooperation of the investigator and specialist concerning the collecting of the information about the person is specified, we shall commit a crime; it is offered author's classification of the forms of cooperation of the investigator and specialist; the author's editionsof standards of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine and Law of Ukraine "About expert testimony in court", directed on improvement of the processual status of the specialist and expert are given. Практичне значення - the results of research can be used: for the further engineering of theoretical questions of interaction of the inspector with the experts during investigation of crimes; in educational process in borders of rates "Criminalistics", "Criminal process"; for modification and supplements to the current legislation; during investigation of crimes concerning interaction of investigator and specialist during the collecting of the information about the person, we shall commit a crime.
