The quality increasing of the local systems management and devices of the telecommunication is the object of researches, and the subject of researches is the systems management and devices accuracy and velocity. Local management systems, which are used on the second level of TMN, are researched. The methods of correction devices with closed frame of local systems of communication network management are developed. The structure and methods development in local management systems for network communication in definite modes with the help differential connections during determined excitation is developed. The structure and methods of synthesis of local communication network management systems by compensation of slow components by transient component of the error with the help of differentia of the connections of excitation is offered. The methods of the synthesis of local communication networks management systems by minimization of quadratic integral estimate with the help of differential connections on excitations are developed. The synthesis of local communication networks management systems with invariant characteristics of noise-immunity is conducted. Real use of adaptive system of information transfer: with the adaptation in uninterrupted channel (on the level of modem) and with adaptation in discrete channel (on the level of codec) is researched. The area of implementations is the telecommunication systems.
