Essay

The objective- was investigation of rhenium influence on phase- and structure formation, mechanical and protective properties of the ternary Ni-Al-Re system. The assignment rhenium content and to develop the composition of a new eutectic alloys as bases multi-component detonation coverings with improved physico-mechanical properties. The research object: eutectic (B-NiAl+y-Re) alloys of the ternary Ni-Al-Re system and the development out of them the protective heat resisting detonation coatings. The research methods: X-ray, electron microscopy, differential thermal analysis, mechanical properties, and determination of heat resistance. The complex research of phase equilibrium, structure, physico-mechanical properties of eutectic alloys was determined. The powders were produced out of them for gas-thermal coatings. The structure, mechanical properties and heat resistance detonation coatings was determined, from single-phase intermetallide NiAl and eutectic alloys. The heat resisting detonation coating was developed and was certification test at the Kiev factory of civil aircraft ЦА № 410.
