In the dissertation have investigated methodological questions of economic development of higher educational institutions of Ukraine, have generalized theoretical questions to definition of higher education place in structure of social and economic attitu- des, have given the estimations to a condition of development of higher education in Ukraine. Also have analyzed macro- and microeconomic forces on economic development of higher edu- cational institutions, the basic directions of economic develop- ment and improvement of a financial condition of higher edu- cational institutions in Ukraine, have developed methods of stra- tegy of higher educational institutions formation in sphere of educational services granting on the basis of marketing approac- hes, defined sources of higher education financing in Ukraine and foreign countries, developed the model of production.
