Essay

The efficiency of inductor of interferonogenesis cycloferon is investigated at first in the work, separately and in combination with antiviral drug acyclovir; and a new domestically produced preparation proteflazid is approved at medical treatment of patients with herpes zoster; at adult patients with a chickenpox – pellet form of cycloferon. The comparison of the immune state of chickenpox and herpes zoster patients is conducted. At herpes zoster patients more expressed depression of the immune system is established, than at chickenpox patients, especially it touches a cellular link. The features of forming of specific humoral response are exposed.
