Essay

3. Dissertation is devoted to study of changes of cerebral hemodynamics in children with most frequent infectious diseases of the central nervous system. It was defined three variants of changes of cerebral perfusion: reduced, normal and increased perfusion. In 17,6% of patients with acute neuroinfections on day after oncet of illness a spasm of middle brain arteries is observed. The use an instenon in patients with reduced brain perfusion promotes faster normalization of brain perfusion, reduces duration of neurologic symptoms. In children with acute neuroinfections, who had a spasm (stenosis) of middle brain arteries, the use of vinpocetin or nicergolin in complex therapy accelerates restoration of brain blood flow, liquidation of a spasm of cerebral arteries.
