Aslanova V. Efficacy of pneumatic displacement modified method in treatment of submacular hemorrhage

Submacular hemorrhage, its pneumatic displacement. The analysis of pneumatic displacement modified method efficacy in treatment of submacular hemorrhage. Methods: light-optic and electron microscope studies of rabbits retina, biomicroscopy, ophthalmoscopy, ultrasound studies, optical coherent tomography, fluorescent angiography. The experimental model of subretinal hemorrhage was perfected by means of subretinal injection of non-heparinized autoblood in rabbits It was established for the first time the photoreceptors and retinal pigment epithelium partial preservation in cases of subretinal hemorrhage pneumatic displacement before 21 days from its formation. It was worked out the modified method of submacular hemorrhage pneumatic displacement by means of intravitreal perfluoropropane injection with the efficacy - 95,8 %. Model of optic results individual prognosis of submacular hemorrhage pneumatic displacement was worked out.
