Subject of research is the process of determination of eye conjunctiva state using new methods of processing of bioinformation; the goal of research is the increasing of self-descriptiveness and reliability of processing of biomedical information using the new methods of the analysis of bioimages and realization optico-electorincs expert system of the eye conjunctiva state analysis; methods of research and apparatus - analytic, experimental; theoretical and practical results - the mathematical model of managing block of expert system of the eye conjunctiva state analysis on the fuzzi logic methods was elaborated and on its basis the arcitecture of expert system was suggested; the level of application - inside the bounds of branch; field (branch) of usage - medical expert systems.
