The manuscript is the research at monographic level of problems of forensic expert research of counterfeit audio–visual products. Theoretical of judicial examination of counterfeit audio–visual products are set. The problems which decide by examination of counterfeit audio–visual products is developed. The tasks of judicial examination is analise. The signs of counterfeit and licensed audio–visual products which is fixed on different objects-transmitters are built (compact disks, audio- and video cassettes) and the typical analogues is offered. The structure of the technical and informative providing of workstation of judicial expert is elaborate. An algorithmic expert method on research of counterfeit audio–visual products is created
