As a result of immunehysthochemic investigation we have received the new results in localization and distribution HLA-DR+, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CD20+, CD23+ , in the epithelium and the plate of the mucous membrane of the cell appendix of the supporting teeth in persons who were made prosthetic appliance with unremovable metaloceramic construc-tions. It has been proved on basis of studying the range of antioxidant and prooxidant effect indicts, the immune system and the chemical composition of the mouth cavity microflora that therapeutic treatment of the paradontal injuries in patients who were made prosthetic appliance with unremovable metalo-ceramic constructions needs using the preparations of the anti-oxidant and antimicrobial effect. Combined using in complex of the medical and prophylactic measures of the antiseptic "De-casan" and the antioxidant "Antitromb", lessen the term of the treatment of gingivitis on 1,17±0,23 days and the treatment of paradontitis on 3,65±0,31 days, promote the development of the stable remission of these deseases during not less than six months
