Vashchenko I. Clinical and laboratory grounds of correction oral cavity homeostasis in the children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphogranulomatosis.

Clinical and laboratory studing of stomatological status in onco-hematologic patients aged 5-15 years has revealed high spreading of caries and parodontal diseases. Course of caries and paradontal diseases is accompanied with changing for the worse biophysical, biochemical, immunological indeces. There was determined the significant intensification of lipid peroxide oxidation processes on the background of the decrease of antioxidant ferments activity. There was established disturbance of the specific and nonspecific immunity. There is a large amount pathogenic and conditional pathogenic microflora in plaque in children on the background of poor oral hygiene. The applying of the medical-preventive complex during treatment and the period of constant remission oncohematological diseases significantly increases the hygienic level, lowed the spreading of inflammatory processes in the paradontal tissue and improved clinical and laboratory finding of oral fluid. Caries reduction in a year in children withtheacute lymphoblastic leukemia for 46,15% and on the children with the lymphogranulomatosis for 53,8%; treatment efficiency by the of PMA index consists in 47,0% and 48,1% accordingly.
