Dissertation concerns a problem of radionuclide diagnostics of disorders of cardiac and renal functions in patients with hypertensive disease during 10 years of observation using radionuclide ventriculography and dynamic renoscintigraphy. A comparative analysis of cardio- and urodynamical parameters in patients with hypertensive disease and without arterial hypertension showed that the latter renders a decisive effect on the formation of the main cardiac and renal determinants of progression of hypertonic disease.
