The thesis is dedicated to study of the long influence of the systems of the soil cultivation in combination with mineral, organo-mineral fertilizers and straw on the main agrophysical, biological and agricultural chemistry factors, weed-grown and productivity of the agricultural cultures, ecology-economic and energy efficiency in condition of the irrigation.The studies established identical efficiency organic and mineral fertilizers under surface tillage, subsurface tillage and resource-saving technology of culture soil, which allows be limited economic profitable small culture and the flat hoe under winter and spring spiked cereals, winter rape, lucerne and provide the constant crop yield grain and green fodder. Under such combination is effectively used aftereffect mineral, organo-mineral fertilizers and straw in crop rotation, is provided increasing of the leading indexes of the fertility of the soil with sign of the extended reproduction
