Teklyuk S. Improvement of early diagnostics and treatment of depressive disorder among the patients of general medical out-patient practice.

According to research of spreading, structure and clinical psychopathological peculiarities of depressive disorders among the patients of out-patient practice early diagnostics and tactics of treatment of depressive disorders under conditions of territorial policlinic (family out-patients clinic) is improved. Optimum screening set of instruments for revealing high risk groups which have depressive disorders is determined, the algorithm of early diagnostics of this pathology among the patients of out-patients clinic of general medical help is created. Considerable spreading of depressive disorders among the researched category of the patients (40,1%) is fixed, and also peculiarities of structure and clinical psychopathological depressive display is fixed which have a big part of neurotic register (36,9%), insignificant display of depressions (67,4%), predominance of anxious depressive symptomatology (45,1%). Recommendations for differentiated psychopharmacotherapy of comorbid depressive disorders are based, optimum tactics for the treatment of the researched category of the patients under conditions of general medical out-patient net is set.
