Chabanenko N. Method of legal regulation of agrarian relations.

The dissertation is a complex research of the problems of methods of legal regulation of agrarian relations. The theoretical grounds of method of legal regulation of social relations are researched in the dissertation, the contents of the method are revealed. The concept of method of legal regulation of agrarian relations is given, its essence is disclosed. The author makes conclusion concerning integrity of agrarian relations, and using that grounds the existence of method of regulation of agrarian relations, which can be defined as mixed method, composed of different means and instruments of regulation of such relations. The author analyses elements, which condition the contents of agrarian legal relations, reveals the issue of grounds for appearing, change and cancellation of agrarian legal relations, characterizes legal condition of subjects of agrarian law, researches means of formation of rights and duties of these subjects, examines the issue of legal responsibility as an element, which conditions the contents of method of legal regulation of agrarian relations.
