Subject of inquiry: electric field created by electrical installation working voltage that has an effect on measurement of electrical parameters of the internal condenser type electric insulation that are a diagnostic features during continuous testing under working voltage. Research purpose: development of the method of continuous testing of electrical parameters of the internal condenser type electric insulation in oil-filled high-voltage power equipment that provides the increase in testing trustworthness due to electric field effect taking into account and development of the testing equipment for method implementation. Research methods: fundamental bases of the electromagnetic field theory, mathematical simulation, experiment. Theoretic and practical results: method of continuous testing of electrical parameters of the internal condenser type electric insulation under working voltage with electric field effect reproduction by using the simulation model was proposed. The hardware and software partsof the testing equipment was developed. Novelty of introduced: the simulation model of electric field effect reproduction, testing equipment as a subsystem of the process control system. Extent of introduced: experimental examples of the continuous testing equipment were put into practice. Branch of introduced: electroenergetics
