3.Dissertation covers to the study of the relationship between indices of hormonal status and characteristics of lipids meta-bolism in patients with different forms of a fibroadeno-ma-tosis (FAM) and stages I-II breast cancer as well as to evaluation of the role of metabolic changes in the development of these diseases. Common and individual peculiarities of hormones and lipids metabolism in women with different clinical-roentgenological forms of diffuse FAM as well as in patients who have been operated on the occasion of the nodus form of FAM and stages I-II breast cancer with the connection of antropometric factors, age and state of the menstrual function have been investigated. The evaluation of the dependence of metabolic disturbances in these patients on the accompanying and previous diseases were performed. Multidirected correlation between the levels of steroid, hormones of hypophysis, thyreotropic hormones and lypids in the blood serum of patients with FAM and stages I-II breast cancer were determined that demonstrates the presence of interrelationship between disturbances in hormonal and lipids status in these patients..
