Ivanishin L. Clinical peculiarities, psychoemotional status and vegetative regulation in children with arterial hypotension.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of improvement in diagnosis efficiency of arterial hypotension in children. The results of investigation of clinical and functional characteristic of different variants of vegetative dysfunction of children. Analysed results of computer cardiointervalography, ECG and 24 hours ECG recording of Holter, cardiac rate variability as a index of balance of sympathetic and parasympathetic vegetativ nervous system according to dates of domain and spectral indexes. It’s shown basis variants of changes of psyhoemotional status and analyzed relationships of psychical and somatically spheres of children with arterial hypotension.It’s verificated of tension of state of gypopheso-theryaidens system, which shows increasing of activation of thyroid gland and of cortex of under kidneys with normal indexes of thyrotrophic function of hypophesis.It’s diagnosed dyslepidemia and independence of changes of lipid spectrum from the level of blood pressure and physique of diagnosed childrenwith vegetative dysfunction.It’s done complex approach to studing arterial hypotension and on the base of receiving results was proposed the ways of improvement of methology of diagnostic of arterial hypotension of children.
