SERDYUK I. Financial regulation of innovation activities at the Ukrainian enterprises

Thesis is devoted to the research of theory and practice of financial regulation of innovation activity at the Ukrainian enterprises. The thesis provides explanation of the matter of financial regulation of entities' activities. The research is made with respect to innovation activity of enterprises as a matter of financial regulation and peculiarities of such regulation are specified. Experience of foreign countries in the field of financial regulation of innovation activity is studied.The specialties of financial regulation of innovation activity in Ukraine are researched. The ways to improve financial regulation of innovation activity are suggested and substantiated. The schemes of mortgaging intellectual property rights in state crediting of innovation enterprises are worked put.
