Essay

Dissertation covers a question of the rise of the treatment efficiency of patient with mandibular macrognathia by improvement of compression appliance-surgical method of the treatment. New method of operation was offered. The method, that was offered, proposes of the complex approach to the definition of necessary volume of compression. The place of osteotomy, that allows excepting of plexus, was defined more precisely.
