Boyko V. Antimicrobial effect and biological activits of new antiseptics and hinolones

Dissertation is devoted to the study of presented the results of comparative study of antimicrobial effect of modern antiseptic Decamethoxine (DCM) and Ftorhinoloni (FT) preparations Ciprofloxacin (CPF), Ofloxacin (OFL) on 235 clinical of dram-positive and gram-negative bacteria separately; in combination (DCM+CPF). In the article shown the results of experimental investigation of the influence of antimicrobial medicines ftorhinolones, cyprofloxacin,ofloxsacin, levofloxacin and anticeptic decamethoxine on adhesive features of staphylococcus. It was proved, that while antimicrobial medicines is acting on adhesive process stability of the system microbe - cell of macroorganism is blockaded due to change of hydrophobic features of the bacterial cell s surface. Inhibitory adhesiveness effect of antimicrobial medicines is closely connected with the mechanism of action and medicines concentration.
