Varivoda V. Administrative-legal counteraction to prostitution

Social relations in the administrative-legal counteraction of the prostitution field step forth the research object. The complex system research of the applied-theoretic basis in counteraction of the prostitution and attendant phenomena it are the goal that is revelation essence of the problem, the legal counteraction to this negative phenomena. On the basis of the system-defined analysis there is a development the recommendations concerning improvement the law-enforcement activity in preventive measures and discontinuance expansion of the prostitution and retraction in this field the new persons as well as elaborate scientific practical recommendations concerning prostitution counteraction and human beings traffic in modern society. The subject of the research is the system of national and international administrative-legal rules which regulate and counteract prostitution, the international experience of the law-enforcement activity in this field. The methods of the research are the following: generic-scientific dialectic, logical-and-probabilistic method, sociologic, statistic, systematic-structural, historical-legal, formal-juridical methods. Theoretical results - thesis are the first in Ukrainian juridical literature complex monographic research of the theoretical and practical issues in prostitution counteraction on modern phase in which causal relationship establishes between prostitution and human beings traffic. Real-world problem of the research consists in development and leading in educational process of the administrative activity chair of the Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs, concerning the law-enforcement activity in counteraction of the prostitution and white slavery. Application degree - the results of the research have been discussed on chair seminar, reported in scientific-practical conferences as well as the scientific-methodological recommendations have been elaborated on the basis. Application efficiency - conclusions and propositions have taken the specialists positive responses. Scope of activity - the practical law-enforcement activity, legislative and educational processes.
