Oliynik V. Etiopathogenetic substantiation of complex treatment provided for children with chronic tonsillitis

The object - chronic tonsillitis,the condition after exacerbetions,hypertrophy of palatine tonsils.The purpose - increase of efficiency of conservative treatment of the ill patients diseased with chronic tonsillitis of the basis of clinicoimmunologic analysis and the usages of local antibiotic therapy and immunomodulator of new generetion.Methods of research - clinical,immunological, pathophysiologycal, statistical. The novelty - for the first time there were reseved the data regarding the condition of local and systemic immunity of the ill patients diseased with insufficiently effective therapy of chronic tonsillitis, as well the was sudgested the scheme of complex application of phonophoresis of antibiotic and immunomodulator. Results - there was worked out the complex method of the basis of wich we can determine the clinicoimmunologic condition of the diseased patients with chronic tonsillitis and to evaluate the efficiency of treatment. There was suggestic the treatment method of the diseasedpatients with chronic tonsillitis with the complex application of local antibiotic and with the means of immunomodulators systematicaly.
