Essay

The subspace of solutions is described and the conditions of non-triviality of initial manifold are established for Cauchy problem for the higher order implicit operator-differential equation. Conditions of complete and partial correctness for implicit and degenerated equations are proved in terms of restrictions for resolvent of characteristic sheaf. The completeness and basisness conditions of elementary solutions of higher order degenerate equation are obtained.
