Badyra V. Reforming women under prison sentence as the aim of punishment

The deals with the system research of reforming women under prison sentence as one of the aims of punishment that is in particular based on the axiological and gender approaches. The use of various methods of researching made it passable to formulate the understanding of reforming the sentenced that is not based only on opinion morals, act it would be a comtracliction to the axiological regularity that had set in the society. An addition, there argued the necessity of de-etytatising the criminal-executive system and the obligatory conditions for the transformation of the system mentioned info penitentiary in the context of the Ukrainian relies are presented.
