Filey Y. Criminal-legal sanctions and their use for the crime against property

The thesis reflects the complex of the problems of the theoretical and practical character connected with the formation and use of the criminal-legal sanctions for the crime against property. In this work the mechanism of the genesis of the criminal-legal sanctions for the crime against property in the legislation of Ukraine is analysed; the necessity of the change of a number of the sanctions for the crime against property is proved; the contents of the preventive influence of the criminal-legal sanctions and the practice of their use for the crimes against property are defined. The corresponding propositions as for the perfection of the current criminal and administrative legislation are formulated.
