Essay

The doctoral dissertation is devoted to the prohibited economic activities (Art/ 23 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) with the consequential description of the elements of crime and the constituent elements of the basic and qualified crime components. Separation from other crimes is made up on the basis for analyzing the features of the essential elements of offence. The possibilities of its improvement are offered – the change of disposition of the part 1,2 of the Art. 203 and references of the Art. 202 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
