Demiyanenko S. Clinico-functional basing of preparation of the patients to therapeutic stomatologic treatment with application of cholter monitoring

It was determined on the data of cardiomonitoring of 194 patients, that 70,1 % from them were took medical advice to dentist in a condition of psychoemotional intensity - dentofo-bia, in state of fear (26,8 %) and anxiety (43,3 %). At the pa-tients who were took medical advice in a condition of dento-phobia, the injection of anesthetics in a recommended doze caused development of toxic reaction in 38,1% patients. It was determined the data of cardiomonitoring, that the level of sys-temic action of local anesthesia is characterized by a site of displacement of the diagram of a segment ST on EKG, which corresponds to the period of systemic reaction development and can be calculate on the suggested formula.The compara-tive estimation of efficacy of tranquilizers diazepam and adap-tol testifies about their principal influence on the patients with different levels of dentophobia: carrying out of premedication by adaptol is optimal in patients with state of fear and by di-azepam in patients with anxiety. Premedication by diazepam in combination with enoant does not cause by-effect peculiar to tranquilizers of benzodiazepin series.
