The thesis is devoted to the idea "ukrainian modern-bayan" as an art of plaunnning bayan, which appeared in the parallels of native and foreign creation and was approved by the outstanding artists and also by a certain contribution of the author of the research. The last is the result of evolutional development as an integral part of the making of world "modern-accordeon" art. The conception of "modern-bayan" art as a natuve version of accordion playing of professional artists lies in the unity of performing-composer initiative in creation of the original compositions for bbaayan as a "music for listening"/
