The dissertation is devoted to the study of clinical, biochemical, laboratory and sonographic peculiarities of gallbladder cholesterosis and the development of methods of dietary and medicamental therapy of noncomplicated forms of gallbladder cholesterosis in patients with excessive body weight. Therapeutic complex, including a diet, lecithin, and ursofalk during long time, stimulated normalized blood serum lipid parameters and biochemical properties of bile, stimulates increased contractile function and thereby prevents gallbladder cholesterosis progression. The field is medicine.
