Paranich J. Financial maintenance of development of the integrated structures of the subjects managing

The subject of research is general economic processes and the activity of different associations of subjects managing. The aim of the thesis is to give theoretical background and to develop methodological approaches and recommendations for the improvement of financial maintenance of development of integrated structures of the subjects managing on the basis of determination of the principles of making financial decisions in integrated structures where the financial support of investment decisions within integrated structures and attracting additional resources on the share market. Methods of research: methods of theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical and graphical analysis, systematic and complex approaches, formalization methods . The dissertation reveals the matter of risk in changing the integration degree among different members of the subjects managing by determining the flexibility of integration levels in the association and grounds the expediency of the treatment of the financialsupport of the investment decisions of integrated structures. The concept "integrated structures of the subjects managing" has been further developed and recommendations concerning the attraction of additional resources on the share market have been proposed. The practical importance of the results obtained is that the methodological approaches developed and theoretical propositions concerning methodological background of the financial development of the integrated structures of the subjects managing are brought to the level of general recommendations and can be applied by different subjects managing, allowing to increase the efficiency of the use of the financial resources available, to improve planning the additional resources attracted, to expand the basis for constructing the efficient procedures of financial support of the development of integrated structures. The scientific results of the thesis have been practically applied in the work of individual organizations and enterprises, what is approved by corresponding documents.
