Object of research: frequency of excretion herpesviruses at a maternal-fetal infection as well as establishment of criteria of prediction risk degree for infection of herpesviruses to newborns. The purpose: investigation of herpesviruses role on maternal-fetal infection and development of prediction system of risk degree for transmission of herpesvirus infection from infected mother to newborns. Methods of research: virological, cytological, serological, molecular-genetically, morphological. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: Results of the HSV-infection diagnosing at pregnant women with suspected MFI, which was established by ultrasonic method, are presented. Laboratory-diagnostic criteria for herpesvirus MFI are formulated. The algorithms of complex clinical-laboratory examination of women of genital age and pregnant women on the HSV and CMV infection is developed. Role HSV in developments of an intrauterine infection contamination at accidental abortions is shown. Accumulation ofa virus in different organs (brain, lungs, liver and kidneys) is revealed. It is confirmed a generalized character of the HSV-infection. The system of complex viral and morphological prognosis of a risk degree of HSV transfer from infected mother to neonatal on the basis of virological examination of pregnant women and morphological research of an afterbirth, as well as with additional researches of a maternal and umbilical blood is proposed. Introduction - implemented into the work of medical health institutions. A field of application: medicine, virology.
