Lygyrda N. Clinical Reasoning for Complex Organ Saving Treatment of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia and Early Cervical Cancer in Young Patients

The present dissertation addresses the issues of enhancing diagnostics and treatment efficiency of patients with CIN and ECC. The algorithm of diagnostic examination that involves several stages – clinical (colposcopic), morphologic, and etiological diacrisis, with regard to the revealed specificity of CIN and ECC clinical course, was worked out. The methods of complex differential treatment of patients with CIN and ECC were developed, that involve Ukrainian medicines – alfa2b-interferon (Laferobion) and 5-fluorouracil in therapeutic schemes. The advisability and efficiency of differential approach towards CIN I-III and ECC diagnostics and treatment was proved. The possibility of CIN I-III and ECC treatment on an outpatient care basis was also substantiated.
