the object - children from 2 - 16 years preschool and school ages with intact teeth and defects crown part of teeth of a different origin; the aims to increase of efficiency orthopaedic medical treatment of defects of crown part of teeth at children by the improvement of clinical diagnostics and development of rational constructions of dentures; the methods - epidemiologys, clinical, instrumental, electronic-diagnostic, statistical; the new іn accordance with clinical peculiarities of teeth defects in children, stage of destruction and causes thereof, a new construction of inlay caps has been proposed in order to replace the defects of provisionary teeth in case of full destruction of their cap parts; the outcomes - рositive results received permit to claim that proposed by us method of orthopedic treatment of pathological teeth wear-off in children is expedient. It allows to reconstruct the form and function of the teeth by placing dental parapulpar pins according to proposed scheme.
